Bathrooms: Anti skid ceramic tiles of reputed make.
Staircase: Marble / Granite flooring.
Utilities: Glazed ceramic tile dado up to 3’ height.

Kitchen

• Granite cooking platform with stainless steel sink. Provision for exhaust chimney.

RO water treatment for safe drinking water and separate water line provided in kitchen
